Chef’s Podium is the latest addition to a growing list of concept restaurants in Amsterdam. By day the location is a French inspired coffee shop called Rue de Sevres, by night the location transforms into a new concept restaurant called Chef’s Podium. 3 courses are served using seasonal, locally available ingredients, pairing with appropriate wine. A different chef is invited each evening to prepare any meal using the selected ingredients. This is a place not to be missed.
